Nissan 240sx KA24DE and SR20DET intake manifolds featuring billet intake plenum, head flange, throttle body flange of your choice, vacuum ports and internal velocity stacks. Custom runner length available also, can support top and side feed injectors. All intake manifolds are built to order.
All manifolds feature Xcessive Manufacturing's intake manifold flange for the KA24DE is cnc machined from 1" thick 6061 billet stock. We've left the flange with a 1/2" thickness on the bolting flange, thick webs between the ports for added stiffness and recessed oval pockets around the ports for welding in runner tubes. Stock side feed fuel rails can be used (with adapter kit) as well as top feed injectors (Bosch style 14mm o-ring is a direct fit) and rails without any modifications to the flange or injectors.
A major feature is we've significantly lowered the injector bosses so the fuel gets directly into the air stream and fitment of our top feed fuel rail is no taller than stock side feeds were. The flange also comes with a full set of stainless allen bolts to do the install with quality hardware. A 3/4" NPT thread is given for the water outlet. This flange is definitely one of the best ways to start your fully custom intake.
