KA24DET Silhouette Ram Horn Turbo Manifold

Fabricated and welded by aerospace D17.1 Class A certified welder.

For optimal weight distribution, this top mount ram horn turbo manifold places the turbo between runners 2 and 3 and features an external waste gate port. PS and AC friendly, optimal for users with brake booster deletes, but will work if you're still running a booster.  

Features a 304 Schedule 40 CNC billet merge collector in what ever turbo flange application needed, such as band, t3, t4, etc.

Fabricated with 1.5" runners made from schedule 10 321 stainless tubing which with stands greater heat an abuse over time compared to 304.

The manifold mounting flange is cnc machined out of 1/2" cold rolled 1018 steel and is stepped to accept schedule 10 pipe and transition smoothly into the head ports.

This manifold recently dyno’d at 526hp 450tq at 21 psi with a G25-660 turbo. Car setup was as follows:

-89.5mm 10.5:1 Wiseco pistons w/Manley rods

-11mm ARP2000 studs
-Cosworth 1.8mm HG
-Tomei Cams w/BC racing exhaust valves
-Silhouette Power turbo manifold
-Garret G25-660 .92 w/Tial MVR wg
-ID1700 injectors w/Walbro 485
-ProEfi 112 engine management
-D585 ignition coils w/NGK wires
-Spec mini twin clutch & Z32 trans

All manifolds are made to order, allow 3-4 weeks for completion.

In car video with this manifold making 525hp at 21psi.
